Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University

Princess Nora bint Abdulrahman University is the world’s largest women-only university located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

It has 32 campuses across the Riyadh region and a new library capable of holding 4.5 million volumes. The university was founded as Riyadh University for Women in 1970.
 

King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz launched the building of the world’s largest and most modern women’s institution of higher education in a self-contained higher education city.
 

A new campus, which was completed in May 2011, can accommodate 40,000 students and 12,000 employees. It has a 700-bed teaching hospital and research centers for nanotechnology, information technology, and bioscience.

King Saud University for Health and Science Housing Buildings

KSU-HS’s headquarter is in Riyadh, close to the National Guard in the new circular road.
Riyadh Campus hosts six Colleges:
College of Medicine, College of Dentistry, College of Pharmacy, College of Nursing, College of Public Health and Health Informatics & College of Applied Medical Sciences.

Alufab executed other branches of the university in Jeddah, Al Hasa, and Al Madina.

King Saud University Endowment
– Buildings B9, B10 and B11

The project is located at the corner of King Abdullah Road and Western Ring Road at an empty L-shaped lot separating King Saud University from the adjacent neighborhood.
 

The project is owned by King Saud University (KSU) Business Sector.
 

The project will be part of the university endowments which serve the King Saud University Development.
 

The project comprises 11 separate building towers that include a convention center (mall), a 50-story 7-star hotel tower, a 5-star hotel of 250 rooms, 2 hotel (suites) buildings, 5 office buildings, and a medical building.

Commercial Buildings  〉

Qortuba Oasis Compound

Designed to reflect Riyadh’s rapidly rising profile, the compound is expected to attract a diverse mix of Arab and Western executives who reside with their families, as well as the growing number of young professionals.
 

The project acquires 270,350 square meters of land area.
 

The project contains 375 villas and 9 buildings, each building having 4 stories.
The total area of aluminum work is 36,000 m².

Crowne Plaza – Minhal

The Crowne Plaza is a 5-star hotel located in the city center area (Al Minhal) of Riyadh.

Crowne Plaza has a mini gymnasium equipped with rowers, treadmills, weights, and stationary bikes, and it remains open round the clock for in-house guests.
 

The hotel contains 250 luxury rooms, a business center, and meeting rooms.

Alufab’s scope of work started with participating in a new contemporary design and extended to the installation of state-of-the-art aluminum louvers, curtain walls, and cladding systems.

Jabal Omar Development Project 

Jabal Omar Development Project, covering an area of approximately 23 hectares, is located in the west of the Holy Mosque in Makkah, with direct access to the Haram Al Sharif and its pedestrian piazza.
 

The Master Plan concept proposes a clear separation between vehicular and pilgrim traffic flow with 5 pedestrian axes (radial spines). The urban project goal is to allow better circulation and to avoid pilgrims using
underground passages and dead ends.
 

SaafAlufab’s scope of work is in the podium of Zone N1, which includes a 5-story commercial center with a sky light opening and spider entrance, and three levels of car parking.
 

The total build-up area of Zone N1 is approximately 271,750 m², and SaafAlufab’s work area is approximately 8,162 m².

Mövenpick Anwar Al Medina

The Anwar al Madinah Mövenpick is one of the largest hotels in Madina.

Being the nearest hotel to the Prophet’s Mosque, it is also close to all main attractions in Madina.

The hotel is directly linked to the shopping mall with an underground parking facility.
 

Anwar Al Madinah offers a total of 1,207 modern yet luxurious rooms.
This includes 207 rooms with a pleasant view of Masjid Al Nawabi.

Omrania and Associates Head Office

The office building consists of two basement car parks, 3 floors of office spaces, and a penthouse floor.

The site is located in the northern section of the city of Riyadh on an area of 3,136m².
 

The building will accommodate Omrania & Associates Riyadh offices on the 2nd floor in addition to leasable office spaces on the ground, 1st, 3rd, and penthouse floors.

Municipal  Buildings  〉

Residential Units at Diplomatic Quarters

The Project Scope of work includes the construction & completion of 200 residential units (villas & duplex) spread over four zones (A, B, C & E) inside the Diplomatic Quarters in Riyadh – K.S.A.
 

The villas have 32 types, and each type has different dimensions and different designs, but all types have three floors (Ground Floor, First Floor, and Top Floor).

Ministry of Islamic Affairs

Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Al Waseel Tower) is designed to be a new landmark of Riyadh and an elite cultural blue-line milestone in harmony with the elements and aspirations of modern management.
 

The tower consists of more than 22 levels and is located in the center of Riyadh.

The Communication and Information Technology Center (CITC), now known as the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST), serves as Saudi Arabia’s regulatory hub for the communications, IT, and space sectors. Located in Al Nakheel District, Riyadh, this landmark building symbolizes the Kingdom’s digital transformation and commitment to innovation under Vision 2030.
 

Designed with a futuristic architectural style, the CITC headquarters integrates advanced materials and technologies, featuring a distinctive glass façade and high-tech structural elements. The facility houses critical operations that oversee national telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and emerging technologies — reinforcing Riyadh’s role as a leading technology and innovation center in the region.

Saudi Fund Headquarter Building Extension

The Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) is a government-owned development financing institution of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was established by Royal Decree No. (M/48) on 14 August 1394 AH (Islamic calendar) in Riyadh.

Its core mission is to finance and support economic and social development in developing countries through concessional loans, grants, technical assistance and non-oil export guarantees, leveraging Saudi Arabia’s resources to help partner countries improve living standards and achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Over more than five decades, the SFD has funded over 800 projects in more than 100 countries with total commitments exceeding USD 20 billion.
